2009 AHS Class Reunion

         

As you know our 2009 Class Reunion will be held in Atlanta, GA.  In our previous newsletter we requested classmates to send in their preferred reunion month; however we received very few responses.

 

Based on the input received and other contributing factors that were taken into consideration (i.e. summer school break, holidays etc), the 2009 Class Reunion date is set.  Please mark your calendars for July 10-11, 2009. Begin your preparation and start planning early for yet another fun filled exciting weekend!

      

We would like to thank those of you who sent in recommendations and suggestions for our next reunion.  The committee has compiled a list and we will make every attempt to incorporate as many of your ideas as possible. It is not too late to send in suggestions you may have!

        

We are currently seeking energetic classmates living in the Atlanta or surrounding area to assist in special events coordination. The individuals must be fully dedicated and willing to assist. This may require scouting out parks, looking at hotels and gathering expense data for certain events.

 

                                                                              Reunion Fees

Reunion fees are yet to be determined. Once we receive an estimated accountability of attendees an amount will then be determined, it is still somewhat early. We would like to remind those of you who have sent money and those who will in the future, all monies will go towards your reunion fee. We currently have enough donations to maintain the web site.

 

We also would like to remind you there is a service charge for paying through Pay Pal that is  strictly mandated by Pay Pal and NOT the committee.  If you pay $10. 00 to pay pal your receipt will only reflect
$ 9.47.

Flat fee will be charged as follows: $0.30 USD for payments in U.S. Dollars.

New classmates are joining the website on a weekly basis.  If you haven’t already, remember to add your information to the “classmates” section and sign the “guestbook”. 

 

New poll questions have been added concerning the class reunion, answer the newest questions and know that your voice made the difference!

 

And finally, the class reunion “Registration Form” has been added to the website.  If you are sure you will be attending the reunion please complete this form.  The registration form will assist us in the initial planning phase as we slowly approach the actual event date.
